Since life doesn’t have a set of syllabus; we need to make sure each child is ready for the changing times ahead, beyond their classroom. We follow our own innovative methodology of schooling which is child centric and easily adaptable for the children. “The Best way to make the children good is to make them HAPPY”.
A child’s brain is more than twice as active and has two times more neural connections than adults.
Children’s brains are more receptive to learning up to the age of 10. They should be exposed to a flood of information, during this phase. We believe that early learning decides a child’s future.
• Kids grow and develop quickly as they head into kindergarten.
• Not all the children develop at the same rate.
• Some kids need extra help to catch up to their peers.
By the end of kindergarten, kids can typically use language to tell stories and express feelings.
We conduct weekly activity for the children to keep them engaged and active with their peer group. We also conduct special programs every month and motivate our students to participate which allow the peer to get rid of their stage fear and be confident. We follow 1:15 Teacher-Student ratio to ensure proper care to all the students individually. Specially trained North-Indian teachers with Montessori training are appointed to provide the toddlers with all the necessary skills. We teach “PHONIC SOUNDS”, where our little stars can understand the sounds of the alphabet and thus making their pronunciation to be in the international standard. Dedicated and safe play park is constructed for the Kindergarteners.
Special Kindergarten assembly is conducted for the kindergarteners to help them in building a culture of communication and representation of academic and co-curricular activities. Our dear ones are taken on field trips once a month to let them explore and observe the vast world which is unknown to them. Our teachers visit the residence of all the students once a year to ensure a friendly bond with the toddler which can help him/her to adapt into a new environment.
Infusing
This part of early education for the tiny ones is a transition from one’s own home to a new home where he/she gets to know new people and gain new experiences. It is a home that is away from home. It is just like a new seed being sowed in a new land, as it needs more care. We enforce our staff to be more loving, more vigilant and show more attention towards the tiny tots Every single step is keenly monitored and then we start the drive gradually with some games and activities. The little ones are moulded by engaging them in activities like story-telling, drawing, dancing, colouring, singing and also by other art & craft works. Our main objective at this stage is to make the tiny ones to love the school and the entire process of education. We create the leaders of tomorrow by enhancing them through mandatory on-stage activities right from Kindergarten. We specialize in bringing out the hidden talents of our dear children. Each of us are unique and built with surprises, we provide space for your kids to grow their talents in an optimistic environment.
Blossoming
When a newly sowed seed blooms it is gradually exposed to the sunlight and we will be careful about not getting exposed to severe weather conditions. In same way, the little ones are kept safe under our guidance and steadily introduced into the mainstream. The foundation for the rest of their main educational experience is laid very cautiously by gaining the feedbacks from the students. During the first phase, the children are encouraged to develop skills like social skill, early literacy. spatial reasoning, self-esteem, and speaking up for oneself are emphasized. Utmost importance is given for LSRW (Listening, Speaking. Reading and Writing). We gradually give them the opportunity to speak up and encourage them to participate in all activities that is organised in school.
Nurturing
Here the budding minds are introduced into the ever-changing world, where the preparation to meet the real world starts. Building an interpersonal relationship with the teacher and the school will definitely result in pleasant educational experience. Core concept analysis and understanding. self-development, self-care, effective communication, leadership qualities, time management and being organised are infused into them. Immense opportunities are given to bring out their talents and make them realize their own potentiality. Cracking the Nutshell
Years of toiling and training, finally gets numbered here, and we don’t keep any stones unturned. Rigorous academic programs, extra classes, mock exams are conducted to train the children for board and competitive exams. With a good secondary school education children get a chance to explore different avenues of opportunities and possible career choices. This phase of schooling gives the children skills to excel in a particular area of their own interest. This gives them the extra drive to compete in this world. Just as a hard shell is cracked, the process of education is hard but the result is fruitful.

We provide our students with tons of opportunities in district, state and national level competitions. The students’ skill set are monitored and given further training to enhance their abilities and secure honourable positions with pride. We take pride in the achievements of our dear students.
We also provide skill education practices for Senior Secondary students. The skill development process helps students think beyond their limits. It helps them in getting into their capabilities, develop real-life skills, and prepare them to be successful in the careers of their choice.
Physical Activities

We encourage each and every student of RMS to take part in various sports activities and keenly analyse the ability of an individual and motivate them to master their talents. We provide them with district, state and national level exposure in sports and games. The students are also trained in games like Volleyball, football, throw ball and Kabbadi and in various athletic activities

With the future of our dear students in heart, we are hosting NEET & JEE, CUTE and Olympiads coaching classes in partnership with Extra Marks, for our students with the dream to achieve their place in this ever-changing competitive world. Yearly Health Checkup
Yearly Health Checkup is conducted for all the students of RMS to ensure that all our students are healthy and sound. In the current era, unhealthy lifestyle changes, hereditary health diseases, and lack of sleep can cause many health problems ranging from minor to severe concerns, so we are so particular about the health of our dear students. We want our students to live a healthy long life with a smile that inspires us.

Getting children involved in gardening projects is the only way to make them involve in hygienic eating habits. When kids learn about growing food in the garden, it changes their relationship with food as they tend to see food in a positive way. Our budding generation today lacks the knowledge about food, such as how they can sow it, grow it, care it, nurture it and harvest it. In RMS we have a well-planned organic farm where each child is involved and gets connected with Mother Nature.
